Since 2023, the Cleveland Parks & Greenspace Coalition (CPGC) has answered resident questions related to city park use, improvement, and activation in the Park Action Guide.
In the coming months, we’ll be working with the City of Cleveland and community partners (🙌coming soon…) to update and share the resource to reflect new processes at City Hall.

Fairview Park Improvements
Ohio City Inc. is entering the initial design phase for playground improvements at Fairview Park on W. 32nd St, and are seeking resident input.

Community Mural at Impett Park
This past November, Friends of Impett Park unveiled a brand-new community inspired playground in partnership with the City of Cleveland and Councilmember Charles Slife.
Also central to the improvements at Impett Park: a new mural painted by neighbor Bernadette Glorioso. Throughout the summer, Glorioso worked with neighbors of all generations and artistic abilities to create a new mural for the previously blank brick wall of the park’s pool locker room.

Recycling, Waste Reduction, Composting Equipment Grant, Due Feb. 7th, by 4pm: The Solid Waste District has grants available to non-profits and schools for recycling, waste reduction and composting equipment.
