Last week, Cleveland park advocates visited Atlanta, GA for the annual Parks & Greenspace Conference hosted by Park Pride.
While in Atlanta we….
Talked with community park and green space advocates in Atlanta
Learned new and different strategies for advancing our work in Cleveland
Visited local parks and nature preserves for fresh ideas
Spent time with great local organizations, like the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance and the Green Team of English Avenue.
There will be lots of ways to bring this experience back to Cleveland, and continue learning while growing our work for collective park action. Stay tuned!
