How do I reserve a pavilion or shelter in my City park?
This guide is specifically for City of Cleveland park facilities, NOT Cleveland Metroparks facilities. You can learn how to reserve spaces and permits for your nearby Metropark here.
Want to host a birthday party, graduation celebration, or small family / community event in your City of Cleveland park? Follow this guide to reserve park pavilions and shelters. Large events in city parks have a different approval process, visit our post to learn more.

All reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Follow these steps to make your online, one-time reservation:
Visit the Division of Recreation page on the City website.
Click "Online Registration Link" (large blue button).
You are now in the online reservation catalog.
Select the "Shelter & Park Rentals” button
Scroll down to select the park you need. If multiple features are in your selected park, a list of available spaces will appear.
If multiple are listed, select the amenitiy you would like to reserve ("Community Space" or "Shelter").
A calendar will appear, use this to select your preferred time.
You will need to log-in or create an account to complete your reservation.
